Sometimes you just need to take a walk…

You’ll hear me mention at the beginning that this isn’t really about anything, but as I go on, that wasn’t really true. Ever have one of those moments, where you realize – “oh, I did have a point to make.” :-)

Please join me as I take a walk down a future memory lane…

The reason I turned the camera on is to share the “I like doing this activity, so I’m going to do it” idea. There’s not much motive behind it beyond that. It’s all about being aware of what excites you and then doing more of that!

“What am I going to do (with my life)?” continues to pop up in my head, and while I sometimes am wrestled to the ground by that quandry, I’m understanding more that to follow my bliss is the answer. Instead of thinking about how each and every action I take will play out and what will come of it, I need to just do it, and then see how I feel and what naturally emerges.

The other point that came up in the video is capturing the moments of our lives. Now there’s definitely a balance here: how do we live in the moment AND capture it? If my life became all about shooting videos or taking pictures and I forgot to actually have experiences, then what’s the point of capturing any of it – and would it really be any fun to review later?

What excites you that you’re going to do more of and how do you capture the moment?

I’d love to hear your thoughts on that and any other comments you have below.
