I know the holidays can be a crazy time of year for most people, but there’s no reason you can’t let your worries go and truly relax into the upcoming weeks!
There will be three live calls (all recorded so you can download the MP3 later) as part of the course, or you can work with me one-on-one.
Each call will consist of a short lesson, time for Q&A (what’s stressing you out and what you can do), and time for a short meditation—I’ll be leading you through how to start your meditation practice and what to do!
