    Definitely not for me! Even when it’s hot and humid, a little hot water mixed in feels good to me. And forget about winter when it’s freezing out. Brrrr!! A nice warm shower feels so good!

      won’t even try it, huh? ;)

      yeah, i’m not sure i’ll be so gung-ho about this in a cooler climate, either. i’ve also been hearing more about taking a warm shower, and then turning it to cold for the last few moments – i guess that can improve circulation, too.

      i may not keep this up, but at the time of writing this comment, i’ve been cold-showering for 3 weeks. so maybe it’s a habit, now… :)
