Couple Recent Interviews: Radio Enso & My Peaceful Family

No time like the present to share these…

First up, a 1-hour interview on Radio Enso with host Gregory Berg, who is also a good friend and part of my mastermind group.

We recorded this in early December (while I was in Sayulita, Mexico), talking about strategies to keep yourself healthy as you travel (always a big item during the holidays).

I particularly enjoyed this chat as it gave me an opportunity to share some actual tips, resources, and advice. Things like:

  • My advice for when people want to eat a healthier diet but don’t know where to start.
  • Being out of your routine at the holidays and my recommendations for what to do.
  • My strategies for dealing with a change in routine.

Next up: two shorter chats (about 15-20 minutes each) with the My Peaceful Family podcast (in Japanese and English!), hosted by another friend Etsuko Tsukagoshi.

Etsuko works as a coach and teacher helping others create peace in their family lives. She’s also another San Diegan (like Greg), though not for long! (you’ll hear all about it…)

Etsuko is so sweet and she wanted to bring me back on as a guest as I was the first person she interviewed (and apparently helped her get this going!). Always fun to talk with her, and this was more of a back-and-forth rather than a one-sided interview, all about looking back at 2013 and thinking ahead for the new year.

I think you’ll enjoy these, too.
