According to National Geographic’s The Green Guide, Eugene is the top environmentally friendly city in the country.
2/19:  Portland

In case you couldn’t hear me, I mentioned Higgins, the Doug Fir Lounge, and Old Town Pizza as the places where I ate in Portland.
