If you’re here, I’m going to imagine a few things about you…

Every day is different. Even if we’re waking up in the same place as we did yesterday, things are still going to be a little (or a lot) different. So how can we maintain and sustain a high flow of energy?

Usually when we travel, things can get a little crazy. Whatever practices we have, whether that’s exercising in the morning or eating certain foods, all that can often go right out the window.

So how do we keep healthy routines no matter where we are?

How we do maintain the lives we cultivate at home while we’re on the road?

That’s what I’m here to find out.

Why Practice?

Because the work is never done.

Because life is a marathon, not a sprint; we’re in this for the long-haul.

Because our work yesterday does not guarantee our results for today.

It’s living by what you value, what is important to you, and what you know keeps you operating at, and able to deliver, 100%.

and Full-Time Travel?

In a sense, we’re all travelers… on this journey called life. :-)

Every day, we’re going across town, across the country, or across the world – how can we do this in the most healthy, responsible, conscious and sustainable way possible, for ourselves, our family, and our communities?

For me, it means not having a permanent residence, living simply out of a backpack, and ready to go at a moment’s notice. I’ve stayed in places for as little as 12 hours, and as long as three weeks. The point is to keep moving.

It’s one of the most challenging ways to keep any kind of healthy routine, and for me, that’s fun.

I’m excited to share what I find and what I learn, so that however you travel (whether you’re a grad student, a soccer mom, or a corporate executive), it doesn’t compromise your values.

About Nathan

I spent 11 years in Los Angeles, appearing in films, on television, in a national Super Bowl commercial, lots of theatre (including my fav – Shakespeare!), and even stand-up.

After working regional theatre in Seattle, I realized that I wasn’t fired up by acting anymore, and needed to begin traveling. What I really love about traveling is immersing myself in a place and learning about it and the people there.

I quite enjoy the opportunities and excitement that come with always being somewhere different.

One of the most important items to me is to fulfill my potential, to be the person I know I can be; this site is part of that journey. Everything else will fall in line.

I want to be as transparent as possible with what I’m doing and what I’m learning.

At the same time, I hope to create items of real value that help YOU live a healthy life wherever you travel, for however long you choose to do it.
