Dear Friends,
I’m Nathan Agin, and I’ve become an on-the-road foodie: day-in and day-out making meals for myself and those I’m with. These pages represent what I’ve been using to help me become the healthiest I’ve ever been in my life!
These recipes have been road-tested—LITERALLY—as I’ve been traveling since 2010! I’ve made these meals in hundreds of homes across North America, including 20+ states in the US.
While attempting to keep myself healthy, I’ve unintentionally developed quite a few food fans along the way…. :)
I’m also developing a show finding the healthiest and most delicious places to eat when you travel. I raised $10K+ on Kickstarter to complete the pilot (and we’re currently editing it).
I wrote this cookbook to have you saying “that tastes amazing” and “that was so easy!”
